AC-130 Spectre Gunship

I know the B-52 may be entering USI in the near future,but really all it can do is bomb...

But the AC-130 is near it in size and has awesome firepower.Advantages of the AC-130:

1.Has AN/APQ-180 Radar
2.Magnetic Anomaly Detector
3.1x 25mm. GAU-12
4.1× 40 mm L60 Bofors cannon
5.1× 105 mm M102 howitzer
or
2× 30 mm Bushmaster II cannon
1× 105 mm M102 howitzer

These guns are eached controlled by a single individual,so you could just add 3 gunner positions.

Oh yeah there really should be an AC-130 in game. And if you make one please let the pilot be able to shoot with all of the weapons like in Desert Conflict. Just make another great model, because the one in DCon isn't really good. It's too low poly or I dunno...

we do have a C-130 getting worked on, once done we plan to modify it

I need a C130. Both a Gunship and a Troop version.. I'll code if I can use it and get a copy of the psd to make it into a vietnam bird.

For those interested, I do heavy maintenance on the Herky bird for the USAF so if theres anything you need to know just ask. :)

BTW I'm going to be extremely critical on your model, specifically your flight deck :D

Ahm and what will the HC-130 Hercules will be able to do? Only carrying troops? I got a very good idea. It would be really cool if you could drop supplies with the plane. Like when you're asking for supplies from the commander. That'd be really awesome. Or maybe to store a DPV in it :) and drop it as a vehicle drop.

Should be noted HC-130's are only used for long range surveillance ;)

A big thing I think back in the day was map sizes, but with the enlarged map sizes and view distances I think it should be strongly reconsidered. A regular slick though, not the AC-130. I'm more interested in moving troops to the frontlines. It can have some pretty good armor and a really high ceiling. Plus only spawn once or twice so troops have to take care of it. If its to unbalanced you could give the opposition something like an AN-12, or equivalent. It wouldn't be terribly unreal for them to have something of that nature ;)
